To ensure that your time at Le Spa is spent enjoying your services, we’ve included payment and policy information here.

Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all card types except American Express.

For transactions of $500.00 or more, a 2% convenience fee will be charged.

Gratuity

Gratuity is NOT included in the service and can only be accepted in cash or check.

Gift Certificates

Le Spa gift certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable. In addition to purchase at Le Spa, gift certificates may also be purchased by phone; they will be mailed out to you or your gift recipient.

Spa Packages

To guarantee your service time, we request payment of spa packages at the time of scheduling. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes; if notice is given in less than 24 hours, 100% charge for services will be incurred.

Any changes or upgrades to a service will nullify its package price, resulting in the service being charged at the regular price.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment are responsible for the cost of the scheduled services. We require a credit card for reservations and will charge fees according to our policy.

Regrettably, we are not able to provide child-care services. However, children age 7 and older are welcome in Le Spa to receive services themselves.
