Thaddeus (Ted) Sebastian Fabian, MD
Meet Dr. Ted Fabian, Le Spa’s new physician. A board-certified plastic surgeon, he will provide a full range of injectables and facial esthetics, from Botox to fillers to prescriptive and non-prescriptive skin care products.

Dr. Fabian believes it’s easier to go slow, to start with one procedure and see the results. Then, determine what’s next, if needed. Everyone is different.

Clients for injectables and prescriptive care will be seen and treated only by him. During his 12 years in private practice in Atlanta, GA, he gave all the injectables himself. He knows what’s beneath the surface of faces and how to treat them. As a plastic surgeon, he has performed thousands of facelifts and necklifts.
Dr. Fabian earned his MD from Wake Forest University. He performed his residency in general surgery at the University of Tennessee, plastic surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and his fellowship in breast and cosmetic surgery in Baltimore at Johns Hopkins University and Mercy Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The doctor has published numerous articles, as well as presented at national conferences, on esthetic and cosmetic surgery.
The doctor has had a home on Hilton Head Island since 2010, and has been living here full time since 2016. His wife, Elizabeth Fabian, RN, is a critical care and plastic surgery nurse.
